Andrew specialises in Fixed Income.

He joined Hammond Partners from his position as Managing Director at Carrington Fox in London where he started his career in headhunting in 2003.  Prior to his career in search, Andrew worked at JP Morgan within the Cash Equities division.

Andrew has extensive experience of managing searches at all levels across Fixed Income, and has specialised in sales mandates.  At Hammond Partners, Andrew conducts searches across sales, trading and structuring of cash and derivative debt products. 

Andrew has a Law degree from St. John's College, Cambridge.
