Hammond Partners' Board practice was founded in 2009 and works on senior management and board level assignments, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. We undertake mandates for board executives, non-executive directors and advisory roles at board level. We offer independent, impartial career advice on an "agency representation" basis to senior executives, politicians and civil servants.

We also assist companies with senior management assessment, succession planning, compensation structure and design and due diligence on senior talent within their sector.
