Elizabeth Hammond – Founding Partner

Elizabeth founded Hammond Partners. She heads our newly formed Management and Board practice focusing on senior level / management roles across financial services and is a relationship manager for a number of Hammond Partner clients. Elizabeth started her career at Goldman Sachs on the Equity Derivatives desk, before pursuing a career in search. Prior to founding the firm, Elizabeth was a Partner at The Consulting Group in London and co-global head of the Investment Banking Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Elizabeth is also the co-founder and Chairman of TXG Ltd, a sister company of Hammond Partners specialising in all aspects of maximising employee potential through executive assessment, leadership development, coaching and talent management, and Informed Edge, a new expert networking business. She is on the board of My-Wardrobe.com (online fashion retail) and a member of the London Business School Enterprise 100 group. Elizabeth is a trained High Performance Executive Coach and a graduate of Newcastle University.
