Tracy Hoar - Partner

Tracy specialises in Human Resources. She joined Hammond Partners in 2007. Her career in executive search started in 1997 with TMP, where she headed the HR practice and in earlier years headed the legal team working across private practice. Previously she worked for a social responsibility consultancy and has worked within legal publishing. Tracy most recently led the client team for TXG, a client driven intermediary providing advice and solutions on leadership development, executive coaching, talent management and board assessment that was founded by Elizabeth Hammond and that is closely affiliated to Hammond Partners. She is a graduate of Bristol University.
