Nicholas specialises in Fixed Income and Currencies.

He joined Hammond Partners from Heidrick and Struggles where he led the Fixed Income and Currencies CEEMEA business within the Global Markets practice.  Nicholas has extensive experience of managing senior level retained searches and business builds in both G10 and Emerging Markets.

In his earlier career, he was Partner of a leading Fixed Income search boutique in London and the Managing Director of an IBD focused search firm building brokerages in London, Switzerland and New York.

Nicholas started his career in 1996 and holds a BSc in Marketing and Management from Lancaster University.
