Tracy specialises in Human Resources. Her career in executive search started in 1997 with TMP, where she headed the HR practice and in earlier years headed the Legal team working across private practice.

Previously she worked for a social responsibility consultancy and has also worked in legal publishing.

Prior to joining, Tracy led the client team for TXG, a client driven intermediary providing advice and solutions on leadership development, executive coaching, talent management and board assessment, founded by Elizabeth Hammond and a sister company to Hammond Partners.

She is a graduate of Bristol University.
